About
Your movement. Your pace. Our professional approach.
FizioBalance is not a corridor of room numbers. It is an agreement: you bring the day as it is, and we help the movement inside that day feel safer.
Individual is not a slogan. It is the order of the work.
A plan needs a reason. Sometimes that reason is an injury. Sometimes it is a year at a desk, a return to training, or the sense that your body no longer trusts you on the stairs.
That is why a first visit is not a series of techniques. It is a conversation and a short look at movement. Only then do we choose what makes sense. We do not invent therapist biographies or years of practice. We describe the way of working.
Philosophy
Three things we will not trade for speed.
- 01
Listening before technique
If we do not know what you want to return to, every exercise is a guess.
- 02
A pace that is yours
A plan you can keep is worth more than an ambitious plan you drop.
- 03
Movement in real life
Walking, lifting, turning, and training matter more than an exercise that only lives in the room.
A first visit
What the hour looks like when you come in.
- 01
A conversation
What brought you, what you have already tried, and what you want to do again.
- 02
A look at movement
Walking, reaching, a squat, or whatever is actually yours. No tests for the sake of tests.
- 03
A first goal
Small enough to be clear. Yours enough that you want to keep it.
- 04
Until next time
A few things to repeat, and an agreement on what not to force yet.
Values
What we stand on.
Clarity
We explain what we are doing, and why, in ordinary language.
Measure
We do not push load just because the calendar is impatient.
Respect for advice
A doctor's recommendation, when you have one, stays part of the plan.
Honesty
We do not promise cures, awards, or numbers we do not have.
